3 Bedroom House in Burnet

Unique Mid-Century Modern lake house with incredible views, atrium, multiple decks, amazing sunsets, pool, hot tub. Fully furnished with a modern/mid century design. Every room has a door to the outdoor decks.
Fully equipped spacious kitchen and dining room with great lake views.
Spacious and relaxing living room with floor to ceiling windows.
Beautiful primary bedroom with gorgeous views of the pool and lake. High-end comfy king size adjustable feet/head bed. There is a room attached to the master bedroom that could be sectioned off by closing the accordion divider. This room has a desk and sofa/bed. Two large closets and two sperate vanities in the master bedroom.
Secondary bedroom has two twin beds each with a pull out twin bed underneath, access to the upper deck and porch swing.
The 3rd bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed and a small desk with access to the upper deck.
The main bathroom is a jack-and-jill bathroom accessible by both bedrooms and recently updated with a walk-in shower.
Outdoor kitchen right by the pool and hot tub. Walk down the spiral staircase to the water for a swim, kayak or fishing.
Huge front yard with often lots of deer around, large circular driveway, basketball hoop and ping pong table.
Note: There are several steps in the house and some steps without handrails. The step to the living room is natural rock and uneven.

Summary: This house is cool. It has a Frank Lloyd Wright meets The Incredibles 2 vibe on Lake Buchanan and it is cool. It's a great location if you're going to Spider Mountain. The host was kind, accommodating, and helpful.

Summary: We had so much fun, fishing, swimming, antiques shopping and wine tasting!! Great family home and Debbie was such a great host! Always quick to answer questions. We did a family vacation but would be great for a couple as well.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It’s not really meant for young kids, which the property owner warned us of, but our 7 yr olds did great. The views were beautiful, the pool was nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owners were communicative and told us everything we needed to know before we arrived. I only didn’t give it 5 stars because the outside amenities (ping-pong table, pool and deck furniture) was pretty cobwebby.

Summary: I rented this house for my girlfriends birthday. We normally float the rivers in the hill country every August but we were worried about water levels and the pool and view of the lake from pictures sold us. They are spot on! Amazing sunsets from the pool every evening. The house had everything we needed and Debby was easy to contact when I had questions. Thanks for being a great host Debby. Michael

Summary: Chose this property for its groovy mid century vibes, pool and hot tub and waterfront perks- did not disappoint! House has everything you need for cooking up big family dinners by the pool! Nature everywhere- Lake Buchanan water level is low so we couldn't rent a boat close to the house, but the Colorado River in Kingsland was super close and the day trip easy. Would absolutely visit again- great for older children and teens!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed Debby's beautiful home. All the mid century modern charm of Mad Men plus a healthy dose of Texas hill country! We loved venturing out during the day--we boated on Lake LBJ, explored Colorado Bend State Park, and hiked Enchanted Rock. The house was conveniently located for all of these day trips. We'd come home, cook dinner, and enjoy the sunset and pool before heading to bed. Debby was extremely helpful and answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. Highly, highly recommend!
